Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard 30-Day Stay Policy

Because The Coral Luxury Residence requires a 30-day minimum booking, cancellations greatly impact our calendar. Our standard direct-booking cancellation policy is as follows:

• 100% Refund: If canceled 60 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date.
• 50% Refund: If canceled between 30 to 59 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
• No Refund: If canceled within 29 days of your scheduled check-in date.

Modifications

Requests to modify dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Price adjustments may apply depending on the season.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance for your 30+ day stay to protect against unexpected medical emergencies, travel delays, or natural disasters (such as hurricanes).
